Contact CaaS provider

You can contact us or look for technology providers offering Cooling as a Service on the about page of our website about your intention to upgrade your existing cooling system or to buy a new one for your business.

CaaS provider assesses the project

The CaaS provider will assess your needs and make an offer for the provision of cooling service using state-of-the-art technology.

Sign CaaS contract with provider

The contract establishes the duration, services, and price per tonne of refrigeration (indexed by inflation and cost of energy). A template CaaS contract is available on our tools page.

State-of-the-art equipment is installed for you

You receive cooling service, paying a monthly fee per unit of cooling used.

This includes the system as well as all costs related to operation (including electricity and water), maintenance, and repair of equipment. The provider takes care of everything.
